Do you offer cancellations on orders?

Yes, we do offer cancellations on orders. You are able to cancel an order BEFORE it has been completed and you receive a completion email. If you receive an order completion email you are NO LONGER able to cancel the order. To cancel your order, please email us at themakeamemoryfamily@gmail.com and incorporate your order # and name. 

Do you offer returns on orders?

Due to each product being customizable we do not offer returns on products. However, if you are unsatisfied with the product, please reach out to us at themakeamemoryfamily@gmail.com or call us at 888-508-0808.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, refunds are given under certain circumstances. Once we evaluate your case and approve your refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your cards issuer’s policies. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges on any items that were received and were defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at themakeamemoryfamily@gmail.com or at 888-508-0808.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at themakeamemoryfamily@gmail.com or at 888-508-0808.
